They control HONEY exporters warehouses, beekeepers extraction plants; the check the honey in the port or before shipment at exporters warehouse; take samples over the year within the so called " Program Honey 2000" (EEC Resolution 96/23), but they are not responsible on the domestic market. companies are members, and not all members are playing an active roll, but the final
benefit is for all of them.
